Service Description

6 classes | 45 minutes | Saturdays 10:30-11:15am 45 minutes of aerial hoop training followed by Acro technique. Proper technique and progressions are taught to safely learn how to perform skills on aerial hoop and weggsphere, and develop the grace, strength and endurance to grow as a performer and athlete. May 3 - June 14 (No classes May 17)
