Service Description

6 classes | 45 minutes | Saturdays 11:30-12:15pm 45 minutes of aerial hoop and weggsphere training. Proper technique and progressions are taught to safely learn how to perform skills on aerial hoop and weggsphere, and develop the grace, strength and endurance to grow as a performer and athlete. May 3 - June 14 (No classes May 17)
